Barry's—World-Famous Fitness Classes
A heavyweight (see what we did there?) in the UK fitness scene, Barry's is the gym to hit if your goal is to get lean and sculpted.
Barry's HIIT classes are 50 minutes long and combine treadmill running with strength training. The classes are challenging but rewarding, and they're a great way to get in better shape. If you’re new to the gym life and all that sounds too intimidating, you’ll be glad to hear that Barry's also offers a variety of other classes, including yoga and barre.
