HOW TO MEASURE
Waist:
Typically, your natural waist is the narrowest part of your torso.
Place the measuring tape around your natural waist.
Ensure the tape is parallel to the floor and not twisted. Note the measurement.
Hip:
Stand with your feet together and locate the fullest part of your hips.
Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your hips.
Make sure the tape is snug but not tight. Record the measurement.
